Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and efficiently process check-ins and check-outs using the property management system.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and guest requests with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints immediately, utilizing a solution-oriented approach to ensure total satisfaction.
- Assist with room assignments, ensuring accurate room types, rates, and amenities are delivered.
- Maintain the lobby, front desk, and public areas to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily deposits and credit card settlements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
