Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas following established standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock amenities as per inventory protocols
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations including proper chemical handling
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Provide courteous service to guests during interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
