Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Make beds, replace linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) for guests.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in linen closets and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and fellow employees.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No prior housekeeping experience required; a positive attitude is a must.
