As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests arriving late at night, ensuring their check-in process is seamless and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional check-in and check-out services for guests, ensuring all details are accurate and welcoming.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and guest inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a courteous and helpful tone at all times.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff, following all security protocols.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm and efficient manner, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage the night audit, process payments, update guest profiles, and handle mail and faxes.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are ready for late arrivals and address maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Technology: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Professionalism: A neat appearance and a professional demeanor, even during night shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
