Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Assist guests with inquiries, check-in/check-out procedures, and local recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms.
- Handle incoming phone calls and messages with poise and accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Uphold all hotel safety and security protocols.
- Perform other general duties as assigned by management to support daily operations.
Qualifications
