Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Strip and make beds, replacing linens and amenities according to strict quality standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in all assigned areas.
- Restock mini-bars, toiletries, and cleaning supplies to maintain inventory levels.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Empty trash cans and ensure waste disposal areas are kept clean.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus, but full training is provided for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check.
