As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed from the moment they arrive. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to excellence in shift work.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with amenities.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
