Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Bedding & Linens: Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, and replenish amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Stock Management: Maintain housekeeping carts, ensure supplies are stocked, and organize storage areas efficiently.
- Reporting: Promptly report maintenance repairs, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisory team.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, sanitation regulations, and company policies.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with fellow staff members and front desk personnel to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
