Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restrooms, kitchens, and break areas.
- Restock amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and health regulations.
- Follow time management schedules to ensure all rooms are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No previous housekeeping experience required; we value attitude and reliability over experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
