- Manage $1.2M annual food budget with strict cost controls
- Ensure HACCP compliance and sanitation standards

- Train and mentor junior chefs through apprenticeship programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary leadership experience
- ACF Executive Chef certification required
- Proven banquet management for 200+ events
- Strong vendor relationships with California producers
- Advanced knowledge of allergy protocols
