Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/out procedures using PMS software
- Handle reservation modifications and ensure accurate room assignments
- Process payments and maintain secure financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Act as primary liaison for guest inquiries and complaint resolution
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Basic knowledge of Miami tourism and attractions
