Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 staff members across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping during assigned shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and VIP requests with exceptional service standards
- Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and billing operations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and safety compliance
- Train and mentor new team members on hotel systems and service standards
- Manage inventory control for guest supplies and operational materials
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize shift handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience with shift leadership background
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Excellent conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- CA Food Handler and ServSafe certifications required
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco tourism landscape
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management preferred
