Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance across all operational areas
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through service standards implementation
- Drive staff development through training programs and performance management
- Oversee property maintenance, safety protocols, and compliance with brand standards
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 8+ years luxury hotel experience with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record of achieving financial and operational KPIs
- Strong knowledge of Chicago tourism market and hospitality trends
- Expertise in staff development and cross-departmental leadership
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Illinois Food Service Manager certification preferred
