Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with sales teams to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Handle VIP guest relations and service recovery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership skills with P&L responsibility
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations (Opera, Delos systems)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Indiana Food Handler certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
