Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for 50+ team members
- Analyze financial reports and optimize operational budgets to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and partnerships
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve escalated service issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel management experience with luxury/resort properties
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Expert knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Valid Florida hospitality certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
