Responsibilities
- Strategically oversee all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement operational policies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for 50+ team members
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Analyze financial reports and optimize budget allocation for profitability
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event coordinators
- Lead crisis management and maintain exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
