Responsibilities
- Train and mentor front desk agents to deliver exceptional 5-star service
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve complex service issues
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Collaborate with housekeeping and concierge teams for seamless operations
- Analyze guest feedback to implement continuous improvement strategies
- Manage room inventory and optimize occupancy rates
- Develop innovative guest loyalty programs and local partnerships
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Proven leadership in front desk operations
- Advanced knowledge of Opera or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong financial acumen in revenue management
- Deep knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and events
- Fluency in English; Spanish or other languages preferred
