Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while verifying reservations and payment methods
- Manage room assignments and handle special requests with exceptional service
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
- Utilize hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) for accurate operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel software and basic computer applications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
