Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest luxury standards.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked and presentable in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas at all times.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special instructions.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure seamless check-ins and special preparation for VIP arrivals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
