Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to exceed revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Drive local marketing partnerships and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury/premium properties
- Proven track record of achieving financial and operational KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Strong financial acumen with budget management and P&L experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Deep knowledge of Indianapolis market and regional tourism trends
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality software systems
