Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Lead, mentor, and train department heads to maintain service excellence
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service and complaint resolution

Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury/boutique properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and P&L management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Deep knowledge of Raleigh hospitality market trends
- Valid North Carolina Food Service Manager certification preferred
