Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Resolve guest concerns with exceptional service standards
- Analyze financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for business development
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality management certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
