Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 50+ staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service excellence
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Georgia Food Service Manager certification
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
