Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to maximize occupancy and ADR
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards and safety protocols
- Manage budget forecasting, P&L analysis, and cost control initiatives
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service excellence
- Coordinate with sales team for corporate and group bookings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven revenue management and P&L optimization track record
- Strong leadership skills with team development expertise
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and hospitality analytics
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid Nebraska hospitality certification preferred
