Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including check-in/out, concierge assistance, and reservation management
- Maintain pristine lobby areas, public spaces, and guest amenities
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for weekend occupancy
- Process payments, manage cash registers, and handle financial transactions
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols throughout all shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with positive, can-do attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification a plus
