Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper chemical handling.
- Maintain a neat and organized personal work area and storage closets.
- Interact professionally with guests and other staff members to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
