Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations and guest check-ins during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on service standards.
- Monitor lobby cleanliness and overall hotel ambiance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
