Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for hotel guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Handle guest requests promptly, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as a local Austin expert, providing recommendations for attractions and dining
- Uphold brand standards while resolving guest concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Austin tourism and local attractions
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
