Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS systems
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for local errands)
