Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in/out efficiently, and answer any inquiries regarding our facilities, services, and local area.
- Reservation Management: Manage incoming reservations via phone and email, ensuring accurate data entry into our Property Management System (PMS).
- Security & Safety: Verify identification of all guests, maintain security logs, and ensure the lobby and common areas are secure and well-maintained.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and requests with poise and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, prepare daily reports, and maintain an organized front desk area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and POS systems.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are mandatory.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
