Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/out procedures using OPERA property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, valet, and maintenance departments
- Upsell resort amenities, dining reservations, and local attractions
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and supply inventory
- Execute emergency response protocols and security procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency in OPERA property management system
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
