Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Process reservations, modifications, and payment transactions accurately
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for guest requests
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Uphroom cleanliness and security standards in public areas
- Assist with overflow duties at concierge and bell desk stations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hotel front desk operations
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
