Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Manage and develop a high-performing hospitality team
- Implement and maintain service standards exceeding guest expectations
- Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Concierge) for cohesive service delivery
- Address guest concerns with prompt, personalized solutions
- Drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and service targets
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations (PMS, yield management, budgeting)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Texas Food Manager Certification preferred
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, or similar luxury brands preferred
