Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/out processes for VIP and standard guests
- Handle reservation modifications and complex billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize Opera PMS system for inventory management and reporting
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- 2+ years front desk experience in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
