Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) efficiently
- Assist with valet services and concierge requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
