- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist guests with requests, complaints, and local area recommendations
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service delivery
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team success
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, email)
