Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy through strategic upselling
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly using our 5-star resolution protocol
- Operate PMS systems (Opera) and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute daily financial duties including cash handling and reconciliation
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for personalized service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
