Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS systems preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid Washington state alcohol service permit
- Basic computer literacy
