Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain organized front desk operations during peak hours
- Collaborate with concierge team for local recommendations and transportation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license preferred
