Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Act as local Memphis tourism ambassador with recommendations for attractions
- Contribute to daily reporting and shift handovers with detailed documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Memphis tourism landscape preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
