Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences while processing reservations efficiently
- Manage guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues swiftly and exceeding expectations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) for bookings, billing, and guest communications
- Uphrigorous cleanliness and safety standards while maintaining an elegant lobby atmosphere
- Execute upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or front desk experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record (for airport shuttle duties)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
