Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized check-in/check-out procedures and concierge services
- Manage room reservations, upgrades, and special requests using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge of San Antonio attractions
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Contribute to a positive team environment through cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, RoomRack)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
