Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations and room status via hotel management systems

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hotel software
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Nebraska hospitality certification preferred (training provided)
