Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services using hotel management systems
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn hotel software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid work authorization in the United States
