Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out services to all guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments using property management systems

- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby area
Qualifications
