Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Upsell hotel amenities and special events
- Utilize Opera PMS for reservation management
- Ensure safety compliance during emergency situations
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's certification
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
