Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and precision
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash drawer, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) to manage room assignments and guest data
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service excellence
- Assist during peak periods and contribute to team training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
