Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and security teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English; multilingual skills a plus
