Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Handles check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answers incoming calls and manages the switchboard with a professional tone.
- Assists with reservations, room assignments, and key management.
- Maintains the front desk area and lobby cleanliness at all times.
- Resolves guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
