Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Operations Management: Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, manage reservations, and handle correspondence efficiently using property management software.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby area for security and safety, ensuring all visitors and guests adhere to hotel policies.
- Administrative Duties: Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate guest records and logs.
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
